How do I place an order?

Currently the best way to order is to contact us directly via cell/text (218) 821-1345 or info@thelaserbelle.com The store portion of our website is still under construction especially for custom orders. In order to be sure we receive your request correctly such as colors, size, fonts, design, etc. please contact us directly. We love making items that you will treasure for a lifetime!

What materials can you work with?

Wood, acrylic, leather, glass, cardboard, fabrics, coated metals, granite, various metals including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, zinc silver, epoxy resin (not engravable but I do use it in projects), and ?.

What if I see something I like but want a different color or size?

Please contact us directly and we will be happy to work with you so you get exactly what you want. We look forward to serving you.

Is the Laser Belle open on weekends?

We are in our workshop alot and available on many weekends. Please contact us to schedule a time to come by. We look forward to serving you.

Where is The Laser Belle Located?

We currently have 2 locations. Our main location is our workshop which is located at 17119 Commercial Park Road, Brainerd, MN. This is just north of Brainerd on the west side of highway 371. Take Barbeau road to Commercial Park Road and go all the way to the end. We look forward to seeing you! Our storefront location is at 823 Washington Street. Currently, we are only there by appointment. Planning to open on a regular basis in the future. Thank you!

What does it cost to have something engraved?

In most cases, the minimum charge is $35 for preparation and setup. In SOME situations depending on the project and material we may lower that to $20. The cost of a project depends on design time, material costs, laser time, and processing/completing the project. This has a huge range of possibilities. Bulk orders will receive a discount.

What does it cost to engrave a tumbler?

Stanley and Yeti (namebrand tumblers) - have a minimum of $35. If engraving both sides of tumbler, one tumbler would be $50. Ordering 2 or more will receive a discount.

I do have a great assortment of tumbler sizes, shapes, and colors. In my personal opinion the tumblers I have are just as good and in some cases even better then the namebrands. Add your own logo and personal statement. My suggestion is to truly make it yours!

Do you do wedding decor?

Yes, we can help you personalize your wedding decor - nameplates, signs, glasses, guest books, groomsmen gifts, bridesmaid gifts etc. We look forward to helping you make your wedding day extra special!

Can you make personalized cake toppers?

Yes, we can make many different types of cake toppers. Birthdays, weddings, retirements, anniversarys, baby and wedding showers, and other celebrations!

 

What are other ideas for engraving?

The list is truly endless. Keychains, bibles, leather, nameplates, tumblers, glassware, ceramics, brass coins, stainless steel, knives, dog and cat collars, mailbox signs, welcome signs, whiskey barrel lid signs, etc. If you have something you have and are not sure of. Just ask. We look forward to hearing from you!

What IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Personalized Items:
All personalized products are custom-made based on your specifications. Due to their unique and individualized nature, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please verify all customization details before placing your order.

Why?
Each item is made specifically for you, incorporating custom details such as names, designs, and color schemes. As a result, these products cannot be resold or repurposed for others.

Customer Satisfaction
While returns are not possible, your satisfaction is our priority! If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or an error in customization—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will work diligently to resolve the matter and ensure your happiness.

Non-Personalized Items:
Non-personalized products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Is it possible to exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an exchange service. However, we are more than happy to assist you with returns and refunds. Please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance in processing a return.

Can I make changes to my order? 
If you need to make any modifications or cancel your order, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support team promptly. Please note that once our warehouse has processed your order, it may not be possible to make any changes.

How can I track the status of my order? 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your order at any time.

How can I sign up for your newsletter?

Is it necessary to create an account to place an order? 
No, it is not mandatory to create an account. You can place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend creating an account as it allows you to track and review your purchases conveniently from your account dashboard.
